How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your payment has been successfully made, your order is processed immediately. An email notification will send for your order, to the email address associated with your website/app account. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID for your reference with our customer service team, a listing of the item/s you have ordered and an expected time of delivery.

Is it possible to order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?

Please pay such applicable tax(s) to the courier company if requested. We do not collect such taxes while collecting payment your order and its shipment..

Why should I pay Duties and Taxes for export order?

Duties and taxes are applicable on every order sent outside the country and they depend on the product ordered and the destination of delivery. They are calculated by the destination country and are to be borne and paid by the You/Consumer/Buyer/Consignee.

Order Status

How do I check the current status of my orders?

You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with To check the status of your pending orders, click on the “Sign In” link in the top right of any page on our store and Sign In to your account. This will take you to your My Orders page, to view the status of all orders.

To view the status of a specific order, click on the “Order Number”. After your order is shipped out from our warehouse, we will send you a mail with the shipping details.

  • Shipped: Your order has been shipped out of our warehouse and is on its way to your delivery location.

How are items packaged?

All items are carefully packaged at our warehouses - as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated time of delivery depends and vary based on the product and destination chosen for delivery. Normal stated time is 5 to 10 working days for any product

How will the delivery be done?

  • We process all deliveries through reputed courier companies like DTDC, Professional courier, DHL and FedEx.
  • If there is no courier service available in your area, then you area will be listed in postal zone, so we will dispatch through postal service. For postal dispatches, the delivery time is 5 to 10 days for Domestic and this detail is not stated at the product pages.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

All Orders placed with are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners. We email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order.

Cancellations & Returns

How do I get a defective item, ordered on, replaced?

We at, have a mechanism to check each and every product ready for shipment at 2 points, procurement and packing. So it has been a rare case in our records that a defective has got shipped. Each and every product is checked based on their attribute and usage and then processed for packing, so that you can buy our products at ease and without stress. But, again as an option to make Customer to be at ease, we have options to notify us of any problems, damages or defects within 2 days from the date of receipt of the product, and we will try to resolve your refund request.
